How do I determine my correct size in imogene + willie denim?
We provide a detailed size guide for every fit on our product pages. Since we use premium raw and rigid denim, we recommend measuring a pair of jeans you already own and comparing them to our garment measurements for the most accurate fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that any denim that has been custom-hemmed by our shop is considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer free hemming services?
Yes, we offer complimentary hemming on all full-price jeans purchased through our online store or in-person at our Nashville and Austin shops. Simply specify your desired inseam length when adding the item to your cart.
How should I wash and care for my raw denim?
To preserve the color and character of your denim, we recommend wearing them as long as possible before the first wash. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and hang to dry. Never put your raw denim in the dryer.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. If you have requested custom hemming, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for our tailoring team to process your request before shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
